This thing is a joke. I'm not one to write reviews but if I can prevent even one person for falling for this scam of a company, it'll be worth it. It claims to be an air conditioner but barely even blows hard enough to be considered a fan. I feel almost certain that any good review is coming from an internal or paid source. There is zero chance someone who actually receives this product thinks of it as anything higher than trash. The company also does not pay return shipping and require you to ship it back to china (which is not cheap and I'm assuming that's intentional to try to get you to keep the stupid thing). BUYER BEWARE!

Product is cheap rubbish. It is more like an extremely weak fan. Useless . Do not buy it

A very cheap product that is nothing more than a space heater that hangs on the wall. I purchased as a method to cool a room & it has no affect. If it sounds too good to be true it is. Disputing with my bank for a refund as I am not able to contact Climafy by either phone or email.

Be advised, this product is a scam. There are several reports on BBB, including one from me. I purchased this "Mini Split Air Conditioner" in a hasty desperation as our apartment AC PTAC unit is insufficient. This is a complete scam. I did fall for it, again out of a desperate attempt in a heat wave. I attempted to cancel the same day as I ordered after reviewing more info, and was told by their customer service that they have a 4-hour cancelation window that I missed. This is listed nowhere on their website. They assured me, as they have a 60 day "risk-free" money back guarantee that I can return the product for a full refund. However, please note that they require you to pay to ship BACK to China, which is more than the product is worth, and they want the product unused.... I don't understand how that encourages you to try a product "risk-free" if it can't be opened or used. Once it arrived after weeks (from China), you are expected to pay to ship it back to China, costing hundreds more than the actual product itself. I refused to do this and am working with my credit card company / their customer service to receive a refund or a chargeback. Please note: -Reviews on the Climafy Pro website must be fraudulent at 4.8/5 (I see no way to provide a review on their site), as actual Shop site reviews are 1.7 out of 5 stars from actual customers. -AI imagery is used throughout the website, falsifying their product. -There is no proper address or means of contact outside of email. Company claims to be based in California but provides no other detail. Units ship from and are expected to be returned to China. -No product specs/dimensions/weights are included on their website—packaged the product is 3.5 pounds, 17"L x 8"W x 5" deep. How can it possibly cool a room? Product is extremely small and extremely cheap, unlike an actual Mini Split. -Impossible product—it is advertised as a Mini Split Air Conditioner, which it is not. It is a glorified fan at best. It does not cool a room. There is no such thing as a ductless-A/C like they claim. -"CHOICE® Best Air Conditioner 2025" is fradulent—there is no credible source. -The 60 day guarantee requires you to ship the item back to China at your expense, which is more expensive than the product. I am working to get my money back in some way, shape or form. Do not purchase this product. It is a complete scam.

Climafy split max pro Claims to be an Air-conditioner. Nothing but a very expensive fan heater. If you have bought one contact your bank and ask them to get your money back, I did and got it all back within 24 hours. Climafy insist on you sending it back to China at your expense, even when it came from a UK delivery centre. Its a CON, dont buy them.

Don't fall for it it's a scam! This is a wall mounted fan / space heater there is no air conditioning in this unit whatsoever. A handheld Chinese fan would do a better job do not be fooled don't waste your time or money it is bogus!

What a load of cr-- a ashtray on a motorbike would be more useful had it on for hours it says it would cool a 400 - 500 sq ft room i had it in a broom cupboard about 12 sq ft it made no difference useless tat I've asked for my money back
