Garbage this Climafy product is total scam. Its barely a fan let alone an air conditioner. Total rip off. They BS on their return policy. Ill be reporting this product to the Feds for further investigation. Beware you been warned.

This unit is a sham. It doesn't cool the air at all and the fan is extremely weak.

This a/c is not fit for purpose.. only blowing warm air out. Not cooling . Told I have to pay to return the faulty goods. IF the manufacturer deems the unit faulty only then will I get a refund. They can say there isn't a problem and still keep my money. Terrible customer service.

This is a total scam. The unit does not cool at all and has very little fan blowing. It is a cheap scam, don’t buy it. It had a good return policy but they refuse to take it back and give a refund. Don’t do it.

This is a scam. Don't buy. They told us we don't get a refund because it was stated final sale. Which is a lie. It stated 60 days money back. Also the product is total crap.

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would!!! This is a joke!!!! Please take this warning. Do not buy this. I did not listen and bought it anyway. Now I have spent over a week arguing through email with a bot. I was told it cost $130 to send back and the unit was $160 so their idea of hassle free no questions asked is an absolute lie!! Why would they change anything if they can scam people into doing this. I had to search the site for the “return “ policy. This should be mentioned with all of the other wonderful things they talk about. This weighs about 2 pounds and has a fan at best. Zero air. The reviews that say this actually works must just feel blessed to have a fan because it certainly is NOT air conditioning or anything close to it. I guess they are doing something right since people like me are ignoring the warnings and buying it anyway. All of the 1 stars are exactly right.

This is most certainly a scam product. It doesn't not provide any cooling other than a fan which feels cool, but but my thermometer doesn't lie. The air coming out of the coldest setting is the same temp as the rest of the room. When I responded to their money back guarantee they said the product was sold final sale. Fortunately I used PayPal. Beware!
