Great experience from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable on the subject and we received a great rate. Chris was very punctual and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process and we would highly recommend him! It’s nice to realize there are still passionate, professional and caring people out there!

Green Lights Mortgage and Chris Rutherford on a personable level are incredible. They really try to connect with their clientele and try to figure out the best loan option suited for each individual and each individual situation. If it’s your first time a getting mortgage to a seasoned vet they will get it done and will take the time to describe anything you don’t understand. They will even talk to you about how your taxes should be fixed if looking to refinance or just simply get a conventional loan. These guys are are your go to mortgagors that will treat you like family! 5 star plus in my books from start to finish!

Chris and Jack are absolute life savers! They helped turn a terrible experience with a forced refi and managed to help make it an amazing outcome. The process was painless and they were available to answer any questions I had start to finish including lending some advice. Locked me in at a great rate and put money back into my pockets. I will forever be a Greenlight customer. Thanks boys 🤝

I was dreading going through the whole mortgage process but they made it easy and answered every question I had.

Chris was very helpful with my recent refinance. He made himself available for all the questions I had. Chris showed great skills and professionalism and made this process for me quick and simple.

Chris Rutherford helped me with my loan. Made things go very smooth & handled any issues that came up. Very professional & available when needed. Very grateful to have done this process with him & his company.

Chris got me a fantastic rate and no surprise charges throughout the refinance process. Walked me through every step, promptly answered any questions or concerns I had, and was extremely professional in his approach and manner. He is alway looking out for his clients and strongly recommend him to be your loan officer.

I found Chris through a Bank Rate search when I was considering a mortgage refinance. I started the process very skeptical thinking we’d wind up with a bunch of hidden closing fees that wouldn’t make the refinance worth it. However, from the first detailed loan estimate he provided to the final one, they were all straightforward and Chris was able to answer all the questions and address my concerns — and the ad that drew me in was actually accurate! The whole process took just under two weeks and I’m extremely glad I did it. We’ll be reaching out to Chris again when the time comes.
