I had another loan company that had my original loan, they dropped the ball and I took a flyer on Clickstart and Chris. When he or they say they will be with you every step and make sure it’ll get done….NOT A LIE!!! Will 100% recommend them to others

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Chris Rutherford with ClickStart Mortgage was an absolute rockstar through the process of my refinance. He is attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He happened to reach out to me when I began the process of refinancing and I knew from the first phone call that I wanted to work with him. He made a very stressful time way more manageable. The day I was supposed to close on my family home with another mortgage company, their lies caught up with them and they bailed, leaving me high and dry and about to be homeless with a family of 5. I contacted Chris Rutherford and his team at ClickStart and they stepped in and took my mortgage from application to close in less than a week. Chris stayed in constant contact with my broker and I to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Not only did he save us from losing the house, but he saved me over $600 a month in the process. Dealing with Chris from start to finish was a joy! Chris was either always available when we called or if he was on the phone he would get back to us in a short time. Our past experience with our own mortgage company was completely different. We never did speak directly to our assigned loan officer and almost every time we called them we ended up speaking to a different person, which became extremely frustrating. Clickstart Mortgage was completely the opposite. We dealt with Chris from the beginning right through to the end. It was seamless and very refreshing.
