ClearPathGPS, Inc.Reviews of clearpathgps.com

After the first few months, we faced issues with roughly half of our cameras. It was like pulling teeth to get them to actually send the correct replacements. On top of that, when we logged in today, we were forced to click through multiple pages of advertisements for their new servicebridge experience before being able to access the software we've been paying for.

We switched from Azuga to ClearPath at the first of the year. For the first 2 months everything was great. February 27th all of my cameras started showing offline. I emailed, called, emailed again and emailed again and again and again with no solution to my issue. They respond every time with this is going to take some more troubleshooting. Are you sure all your cameras have power? Yes, all my cameras have power and none of them are ajar. They do respond to your issue, but they seem to be incapable of fixing it. At this point I wouldn't recommend using ClearPath. I don't believe they have competent technical support.

Jake Keely and Ty Berry were great to work with. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy to understand. Their customer service was excellent, and they took the time to answer every question thoroughly. Even though we ultimately didn’t move forward with ClearPath due to pricing differences, our experience with them was nothing but positive. They represented their company very well, and we truly appreciated their professionalism and support.

OK hardware but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No call backs- no email. Chat messages with promises of help and a follow-up that never occurred.

Simple. Fast. Literally took under 1 hour to close the deal from intro call to diagnosis to payment. We'll done, lad! @ Jake Keeley.

These folks have been very helpful when needed. I feel like I have a support teem here. No complaints at all about the services.

customer service is really helpful, they always solve all the problems right away,

ClearPathGPS has been a great and trusted partner to help our business run efficiently. The tools are constantly gaining new features and it is an invaluable tool.
