Clearly Filtered makes advanced water filters and filtration systems that remove hundreds of contaminants typical carbon filters can’t. Its breakthrough Affinity® Filtration Technology targets chemicals, metals, and toxins that can’t be seen, smelled, or tasted, including fluoride, arsenic, and PFAS.

I had been looking for weeks to buy a new water pitcher. There are some that sound really great and it was hard to make the decision but once I read up about clearly filtered, I felt it did the most, and reduced the most contaminants plus I like the design of the pitcher was easy and not a complicated filter which sometimes they can be. I’m very happy with the choice and with the way the water tastes

We couldn’t be happier with our Clearly Filtered Fridge Water Filter! From the moment we installed it, the difference in water quality was obvious. The taste is noticeably cleaner and fresher compared to the standard filters that came with our fridge. Knowing that this filter removes contaminants like chlorine, heavy metals, and pharmaceuticals while keeping essential minerals intact gives us real peace of mind. Installation was a breeze, without any leaks or issues. Plus, the long filter life makes it a great value in the long run. If you’re serious about having the purest water for your family, this is the filter to get. Highly recommend!

I learned about this brand about 10 years ago from a professional friend who travels a lot. He recommended the portable water bottle that offers good-tasting, clean water from any tap. I have bought two bottles and recommended Clearly Filtered to a friend, who is really pleased with his water bottle. The water quality, the price, the convenience and the customer service are tops. I buy filters in bulk so I don't run out.

My family is aware of the adverse affects of heavy metals and fluoride in drinking water. The Clearly Filtered system addresses our concerns thoroughly. Further, the warm, courteous, and responsive Customer Care was helpful in addressing my questions about the difficulties with my last filter by sending a complimentary Priming Bag.

Filters are lost in the mail , they have been in the same location which is 2 hrs away from us. Called customer service and she said it was our problem to find them. We ordered on 8th and it is the 23rd today, Anyone know of a good water filter pitcher that takes care of their customers?

Sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet, Tricia. Unfortunately, as long as a package is marked as "in transit" by USPS, we are unable to take action steps. If there is no update after 15 business days, please reach back out to us, so we can review any options with you.
Clearly Filtered is amazing! I can taste the difference immediately. I work in multiple states and take my pitcher with me so I can have clean water to cook with and drink. We also have a fridge filter at our home. We love the way the clean water tastes and will never drink from tap again. We also have the water bottles. You have to suck very hard to get the water through the filter but having clean water wherever we go with worth that extra effort. Clearly Filtered also gives some of their profits back to the community and I think that is wonderful. When we order we get to choose between multiple charities and I like having a say in what charities I'm helping to support.

Very pleased with the ease of setting up, the way it looks on the counter, rather elegant and inviting one to pour a glass. It doesn't take up much space, the smell, taste and texture of the water is pleasing. I am extremely sensitive to these things. We were drinking Distilled for a few years and any difference is extremely subtle.

Easy instalation. Water tastes like plastic chemicals, even after flushing the line many gallons later.

Thank you for your feedback, Ray and Tish. While we do not guarantee a certain taste, these are high-performance filters and should noticeably improve the taste of your tap water. 1. Confirm your filter is securely attached to the upper reservoir, so that unfiltered water is not leaking into the lower chamber. 2. Soak the filter for 4 to 6 hours in cold or room temperature water, making sure it is fully submerged. 3. Re-prime the filter using the priming bag following the extended soak. The extra soak and prime will allow water to flush the filter and get rid of any residual taste. Our filter's performance results are to 100 gallons, so we recommend replacement after 100 gallons of use. People drink water at different rates, so they reach the 100 gallon mark at different times. You can also run the calculations yourself; the top reservoir is ½ gallon when completely full. If you fill it twice each day, you'll filter 100 gallons in 100 days, or around 3 months. *If your tap water is heavily contaminated (most likely if you live in a large or older city), your filter must work harder to keep your water clean, which may decrease the life of the filter.
