The experience was simple, pleasant and professional. Thanks to my tester, Mattie, who anticipated my concerns and completes the process in very little time. The DMV should keep,this system in place post pandemic.

The process was super quick and smooth. My *only* "complain" (which is super minor) is I didn't get anything resembling a receipt just a confirmation email. Would be nice to get an actual receipt showing amount paid, what it was for, etc.

Once I got my phone on-board...LOL, the process was super easy and fast. So convenient!
