Great service

This people starting from the very beginning make me feel relaxed, they were eager to help me in anything i was dealing with,they were supercourtious.and what is most important they got the job done,no hiccups or complications, i will give a 5 stars out of 5.excellent.

The experience went well. It was nice and convenient

The on-line examination was fast and efficient. However, I'm left wondering: had I gone to a NY Driver's License location - where I'd taken previous exams - would I have saved myself the $49. exam fee.

Very fast and easy to use. Only issue was slight audio disturbance. Excellent otherwise.

For the first appointment I waited for about 15 minutes but no one signed on, so I sent an email. They responded right away and I rescheduled my appointment. They showed up on time the next day and whole experience was fast and very pleasant. I renewed my drivers license and the vision test was sent and received by the NYS DMV.

The process was super quick and smooth. My *only* "complain" (which is super minor) is I didn't get anything resembling a receipt just a confirmation email. Would be nice to get an actual receipt showing amount paid, what it was for, etc.
