Great experience. Had a bit of trouble getting audio and video working at first but representative was very helpful and patient. Very easy process - eye doctor comes on after you are set up and does the exam. They were also very nice and helpful. Notes to know: you need about 10 feet between yourself and screen and to max your browser window if on a computer. Also see if you can check out the Screen, Sound, and Video before clicking "Start now" because it connects fast. But there is a place on the home screen to test your. equipment first.

It was a quick, seamless process. I was quite impressed by the whole process and the immediate upload to DMV! Definitely worth considering if you want to avoid lines at the DMV 👍🏽
