The service is fast, efficient and very professional. The agent was friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process only took about ten minutes and he was able to inform me immediately if I passed or not. He sent the results to the DMV and I was able to complete the whole application in minutes. SO quick - less than five minutes. Both people I spoke with were kind and helpful and I was able to renew my license within 60 seconds of the appointment ending. Only "complaint" is the cost - $49. But for how convenient it was, I was OK with paying it.
