Really great experience overall. I worked with Jenny and with Taylor and they were both very helpful. They both were communicative throughout the whole process up until the day the ring was shipped. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a ring!!

The process of choosing a diamond and ring setting was simple and I especially liked the images a long the way so you can see exactly what you are building (for the folks less familiar with the names of the different designs). After purchase, communication was timely and consistent throughout the ring building process. I was told it would be delivered on a specific day and it was, which made planning that much easier. Overall, the ring arrived as beautiful as I imagined and my now Fiancé absolutely loves it. Really great value for money and customer service was as good as it comes.

Cameron was incredibly patient while I worked through what I wanted. He listened to all my ideas and fixed my vision until it was perfect! The end result is amazing. I can't recommend enough!

I came into the custom ring buying process not 100% sure what I wanted. I gave the Clairamor team a few ideas and they sent me back a design that I loved and was exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the process I continued to make small changes to the ring and they were very understanding of my indecision on what I wanted, and understood how important it is to get the ring right the first time. The customer service aspect was great, also. They responded very quickly and answered every question I had with the upmost respect. When it came to finalizing the design and purchasing the ring, the process was smooth as can be. When I received the ring it was like nothing I have ever seen in person before. The ring was stunning and exactly how I wanted it. My fiancée has gotten hundred of compliments on her new ring and it’s all credit to the team at Clairamor. I HIGHLY recommend using Clairamor to help you find the perfect ring, or any jewelry that you need.

Our experience with Clairamor was absolutely seamless! Cameron is extremely reachable, willing to schedule appointments as you wish, and a pleasure to work with! He answered all of our questions along the way and we found an absolutely perfect ring for our needs. The website is very user friendly to be able to create your dream ring and choose your diamond of choice. I would recommend this company to any friend or family of ours that was in the market for a beautiful ring! We took this process over several months according to the timeline that worked best for us and never felt rushed or pushed in any direction!
