Citizen Meds is consistently good with product selection and delivery. I’ve had great success with their tirzepatide.

The ordering process is simple and efficient. The medication is delivered promptly. The only thing I wish is that they would not send needles every single time. It is a waste given it is just a weekly shot. I feel like you should be able to request needles at will.
