The customer service is there if you need it and I have not needed it, because the products work and are professionally and skillfully packaged and delivered. The packaging is beautiful and has ice/cold packs that you can reuse. Always extra alcohol wipes and needles. I have had a great experience purchasing from Citizen Meds and will continue my health journey with them. The products work!
