This company is quick, responsive and easy to work with. Meds come quick after approval. Nice packaging. I have used them for several months with no issues.

UPDATE: The company reached out to resolve the issue and refund my order. Even though this is indeed what I wanted, as far as costumer experience goes, I think they should revamp their avenues of contact. It is a little unnerving that the only number listed goes almost straight to voicemail 100% of the time and their voicemail box is full. I understand logistical capacity but it seems a little off. Other than that the site was easy to use and navigate. Their forms were straightforward as well. The entire process felt legitimate until trying to access customer service. I am trying to reach the company to cancel my order. It seems impossible to reach anyone. I have called, no answer. I have emailed several times, no answer. I’m not sure what to do? I do not want to cause any trouble, I just want to cancel my order. If the order is canceled I will up my review. But as of now, I am very displeased with the process.
