Excellent Service, prompt action.

The folks from CIT made it very easy to borrow money and were upfront with their pay back options and interest rates.

Works well overall. Customer support on initial set up was lacking. Kept saying "Talk to your customer", when it was a technical issue.

Direct Capital did a fine job with financing the original purchase I made for my business. Since then, however, they frequently continue to pressure me to borrow more and more funds from them even after I've told them repeatedly I'm not interested right now. I think they're "fine" overall, but their marketing is a little too "hard sell" for my style.
