would rate 0 if it were an option. i've had vertigo for 6 months and multiple healthcare professionals have suggested they think it's related to my cervical spine. cigna approved an MRI of my cervical spine, and it showed significant damage. my doctors would like to see an additional MRI with movement, and cigna said no do PT first. I'VE BEEN DOING PT FOR 5 MONTHS AND THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT BEC THEY KEEP TRYING TO DENY THOSE CLAIMS TOO. guess i'll do more worthless PT and continue to not be able to walk. get fcked cigna.
