Not only is this a great gadget but the customer service is beyond stellar - I didn’t feel like leaving a message so I just hung up and decided to call back later, twice. They called me back within 5 minutes the first time and as soon as they opened the second. Clear concise help and very polite. I have absolutely nothing bad I could say about this company <3

Excellent products and a great customer support service. Even my 10 year old garage AC is smart now and I can control it from anywhere. Voila.

I am extremely happy with my Cielo Breez Plus! Excellent value for money and works so well. I never imagined that I can do cool things with my mini split. I can maintain one temperature throughout the day and if I step out the AC automatically turns off!
