I have bought many things from your store and usually they arrive carefully packaged and in good order. However, I ordered animated flying bat: Product code 814050. There were 2 issues: first, the batteries were dead ( I can understand that). More importantly the wings are mechanical and the bat was jammed into box that was too small. Subsequently one of the wings does not work. I tried calling your customer service yesterday, left a message and understand it may take 48 hours to hear back from your company? On a basic level, that is poor customer service. I am anxious to see how this will be resolved.
