Talking to the customer service and them helping me out with my issue I can not wear the hearing aids cause I’m ally to the ear caps that go on them, but the customer service was top notch

I got my smallest SmartR hearing aids September 15 and I had constant issues with my right one right from the beginning, Chosgo service was good, they resent me a new one for free and received it beginning of November, And it works great.
