Hi Arcadio, It does appear that the two items got separated and one got delivered before the other. I checked the tracking and FedEx shows both packages delivered at this time. Please contact us if you still don't have the second item so we can track it down or file a claim with FedEx.
ordering was painless!

Thank you for the nice review, but if we did not effectively communicate the deliver time we would like to work on that. Please contact us directly and help us understand how we can do better.
Timely deliveries good tracking
By John A.
Not sure how happy I was with the price of the refrigerant I purchased, but I am really happy with everything else. Refrigerant arrived just as Chris said it would, communication was great, and my system is up and running. I am in the Philadelphia area and worked in industrial engineering/maintenance for most of the 50 plus years I worked. Most air conditioning contractors (in this area) are crooks and Chiller City allowed me to repair my unit at a reduced cost and prepair myself for future needs. That's how it is suppose to work, thanks, Keith

Hi Keith, yes, no one is happy with the price of refrigerants these days. We make about the same amount (in dollars) we did 2 years ago, but the cost of our inventory is 4 times what is was then so our margin is much smaller by percentage. The government policies have pushed the prices to what we would have thought was crazy not that long ago. Still we do our best on price and I am glad that you were happy with the service and communication. At least we can control that.
Timely and Great Service

Was able to get what we needed. Took a minute on the site to figure out how to submit credentials statement. Shipping was smooth and fast, but I did have to down load a third party shipping tracker. Thanks, good service.
