Wonderful product! I love it and so do my husband and my children. Seems like someone is always using it. I like how customer service reached out to see how happy I was with their product. I would recommend this product.

I purchased a Chill Chair for my partner and we love it. We had a minor issue with the chair and I have to say Angel goes by her name and the customer service and communication we received was exceptional. We could not be more impressed with the chair or the customer service we have experienced. Thank you it is a rare thing to find a company with this level of customer service, I highly recommend this company.

I bought this foot massager as a present for my husband. He's a 63 year old construction worker. Its the first thing he does when he gets home after he gives me a kiss of course. We love this product. Recommend it highly

I use my Soul Mate foot massager EVERY DAY. It’s a great product, so when it stopped charging, I was honestly gutted. I braced myself for a difficult, lengthy back-and-forth trying to secure a replacement under its warranty, but Chill Chair were fantastic! quick, friendly, and completely hassle-free. My replacement arrived within days, and I’m genuinely impressed with the service. I still love the product and can’t recommend both the Soul Mate foot massager and Chill Chair as a company highly enough. .

The chill chair foot rest has been awesome, it can massage my feet and then I don't want that I can just put legs on the top of rest there is another massage feature which massage my lower legs completely wonderful.

I don't normally do reviews, but I have to say this chair is amazing! But even more impressive was the level of service I just experienced as I was not so impressed with the glider wheels. I emailed customer service and received a response back within a few hours asking for some pictures and if all original packaging still available. I sent the pictures and within another hour or so had a FedEx label to return the wheels. I received a refund later that same day once FedEx picked up my return. Thank you. Jason

Hello everybody, I would like to take a moment and share my experience with Chill Chair. I purchased the Sloe Mate ottoman. My husband loves his feet massaged, this is his favorite gift ever! The ottoman is a beautiful addition to my living room furniture. I recently had an issue with it functioning, I contacted Chill Chair customer service and, I really thought the time difference would be an issue as they are in Australia. I was wrong, customer service was immediately responsive and in just days I had a replacement. I cannot say enough about what great service I was provided. This is a wonderful company with quality merchandise. I highly recommend Chill Chair Mischelle Reed San Jose California
