Ordered in the beginning of January and never received the package. Here it is, almost March and they're trying not to refund me the money I spent. Used to love this company but I won't be shopping with them any longer.

I LOVE the clothes they have here for my little. They have really good deals and they ship pretty fast. Sizing is pretty true to size

I often shop online and children's place is one of my faves. The sizing is consistent (I have 2 girls, 4 years apart) and we love the variety. We buy uniform shirts and modesty shorts for school (cartwheel shorts) and lots of leggings and tops for casual days. I'm in Canada but have never had an issue with shipping and returns can be done in store so that makes it a bit easier if I did guess wrong on sizes. I get their emails which can be sent a bit too much but I like checking for sales (clearance goes on sale for 50-70% off quite often)

RE: Calgary Beacon Hill Location.......Not surprised this center is closing, rude manager, staff smokes outside front door also. Ridiculous what myself and other customers have been through. Received "Place Cash Rewards," to be used December 27th to January 11th, from this location. Went back Dec 27th, myself and 2 other ladies had a stack of clothes to purchase, standing in line they refused to accept there "Place Reward Cash," coupons... ??? WHAT WHY??? we asked..... "because we are closing" the manager says, "you've saved enough!" WHAT ?? We just spent an HOUR shopping in your store, and you wont accept the coupons that we earned?" Thats FRAUD... All of us dropped our purchases on the counter and walked out! The deals were 50% off, the same deals at the other stores. Manager stood there, not talking or caring in any way. You would think if they are closing they would want to move the merchandise. Called the head office and some district manager finally called back a week later and he was rude, I couldnt believe it, he said "that location is closing, what do you want me to do!" Called back to their head office and waited for a manager for 3 hours, finally got someone who said they would have a person call me who was in charge of Canada Children's Place,.... week later no call....no one cares, called again yesterday, as I believe this is so wrong and unfair to customers. This time they promised me someone would call me back within 24 hours!....No call.... so I am now telling others of this experience,

Do not order anything from this place on line. Shipping is always messed up. I tried twice and also got a friend to try getting some school uniforms shipped to us. My house burned down my daughter really needed her uniforms. 3 tries and we never received anything. The package always get lost!!!

Worst customer service ever! Shipped according to my email on the 14th of December but when you call and talk to a representative (overseas somewhere) they cannot see the package according to one and according to the other it is stuck at the post office. Package will not arrive on time and the most they are willing to do is give a $10.00 coupon. Totally outrageous! I have diffidently learned my lesson as to ordering from The Children's Place.

Shopping online with Children's Place has seriously been the worst experience and waste of my time. I have been trying to buy a coat for my grandson now for 2 weeks using my reward points. I order a coat and 3 days later Children's Place emails me saying my order is canceled meanwhile not putting my reward point back into my account. Mind you, its clear when ordering online that the customer cannot change or cancel the order after placing it. Same should hold true to their terrible system. I've order 2 coats now both being canceled and both having to call and wait 30-40 min. on hold to get my points back. I am currently waiting AGAIN for $25 reward points to be put back into my account so that I can order another coat!! By the time the points are loaded as they make you wait 24-48 hours I guess they run out of stock on the item. Such a poor system in today's technology. No points, no response to my emails or messages to from administrators. I feel bad for the people answering the phone that have to listen to my story. It's sad people in higher positions don't call the customer back and try to solve their terrible on line ordering system. Don't order online from Children's Place if you truly need the item as you might be wasting your time for weeks like I am.

i ordered over 100$ worth of merch and cant speak to a rep aboyt my order what a joke should have just stuck to justice!
