I have ordered from Children's Place within the last two months and I noticed that they have been taking unauthorized money out of my account . When I called to get a refund, I get no answer and no response back to any of my emails. Went on Instagram and they completely ignored my complaint. I will never order from them again, they are thieves in a middle of a pandemic.

I must first and foremost say I love their outfits for my child and I love the promotions however my last purchase left me disappointed..I am from Jamaica and I normally ship to Miami at a shipping company to get thier goods and they normally charge me their shipping and handling. recently I bought two bags of clothes and they were sent to the shipping company piece by piece....this is so upsetting as the company shipped the items piece by piece just as they recieved and I had to pay a huge sum of money to clear them...this left me feeling disappointed because I understand with the covid 19 and the lengthier processing time for package but it still could be handled better.....because they could ensure that they consolidate all my items as purchased and shipped them to me accordingly....I am so upset right now...as I did not benefit from the sale .I payed double the amount because of them being disorganized!

I ordered a dress on 6/16 for my granddaughter's July 4 celebration. I had to contact customer service to find out it was not expected to be delivered until July 4 at 9:00 p.m. They blamed it on slow shipping due to COVID, but no other companies have had this terrible delivery lag. Won't use again.

Great store for children's clothes. They are always running sales. They allow returns to their physical stores, which makes it very convenient.

I love this company! I have had zero issues with them! I order from them a few times a month and I always get what I ordered and it always fits my daughter great! I have received one incorrect item and customer service took care of it quickly and sent me the correct item. Clothes are cute and affordable!

I ordered online 3 tops with matching pants, a beautiful set as a gift for my nephew. 2 weeks later, i got an email saying half the order was out of stock. only the pants would come. What would i do with sunny yellow or aqua pants without those tops??? immediately i emailed them back saying i did not want half the order, please cancel it completely, no response, i called in, i got an automated message "due to the high volume" and it hung up. no way to reach out to them. i sent multiple emails and called. no response. a week later i received the pants, i do not want them and would like a return label to return them. yet there is no response. In a world where all stores are a click away, customer service is a big factor. and here there is literally NO customer service.

They have the worst customer service. I did a large purchase online, received items in separate shipments, which I received almost all of them with no problem. The last items said they were delivered to my house but they weren’t. I called customer service- the gentleman barely spoke English & seemed like he was reading off of a card. He proceed to state they can’t do anything. He had no help & just kept repeating whatever he was told to say. It is so frustrating.

I ordered about 10 items on June 17th. Two days later they sent me an email stating that my entire order was cancelled and no money will be charged for cancelled orders. That was a lie because they took the money for the entire order and I've been trying to contact them to solve the issue before disputing the payment with my bank. This isn't the first time they've taken my money and cancelled my entire order but I felt third time's a charm and evidently it's still the same shananigans. I will not be ordering from them in the future they blew my entire mood. I'd say shop there in person but don't use the website.
