Chi institute technical service is very knowledgeable and helpful. they quickly diagnosis the problem and returned the equipment withinn 2 days.

This product was great, to say the least! I had fallen and had several sore areas. This product has gradually helped loosen my muscles and even helped when my knees were sore. My husband had a migraine over one of his eyes, and thought he would try it for this, and it worked. We are so impressed with this, we would not return it for anything. We have recommended this to several friends for their problems, and I am sure they are going to order it. Thanks for making a truly wonderful product! Sincerely, The Wallace Family
