Terrible misleading company who don't inform you that the product they are selling is from China and you will be lucky to get it in two weeks time. Customer service is also abysmal and just send generic responses. Avoid at all costs. Couldn't tell you what the actual product is like as it still hasn't arrived.

Absolute pathetic scam of a company. They don’t let you cancel the subscription. Instead of simply acknowledging it, they send you pathetic emails to try and get you to stay and not listen to your request. They eventually give in and send you instructions to cancel. The instruction don’t work, the process doesn’t work. I sent pictures and videos as evidence of it not working yet they send the exact same instructions. Do not by from this company, it’s a scam!I asked them to cancel and still charged me again. They’re happy enough to take your money but they’ll do all they can to keep your subscription and not cancel it. God knows why they just can’t cancel it from their side. You know why? Because it’s a scam!

It's a scam. They have links to cancel subscription that lead to nowhere. After exchanging messages with customer care, they consistently pretend to not understand when explicitly asking for cancellation... In the end, they send you a link that leads to nowhere again. DON'T BUY!!

Hi Hugo, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify what happened. When you first contacted us, we acknowledged your cancellation request and asked whether there was anything we could do to help. After you explained your circumstances, we offered several optional alternatives. We understand that you declined these offers and reiterated your request, and we apologize that the process felt unnecessarily frustrating. At Chemistry Club, we take subscription transparency and customer feedback seriously. We want to ensure you receive the support you need and that your experience is handled appropriately. Chemistry Club❤️
Bad customer service, bad after sales service. They'll do anything not to refund you and stall then claim that your order has been shipped and thst you cant do anything about it. Update 19/10/2026 They said that they tried to reach me. I haven't heard from until today. No one reached me. They've got my order number and my email.

The ordering process was quick, easy and efficient. I love the way you get to add bits even after you have paid for the original. Impressive…. I ordered an additional three items ☺️
