I have had my chef preserve system for about 9 months. I use the bags and the glass containers. They are both great. Both really help preserve food and keep it fresh and safe in the refrigerator, in the freezer, and at room temperature. I recently had an issue with mine than I unintentionally caused, I reached out to customer service by email for advice. First their response was very fast. And their guidance and resolution was beyond what I expected. I have bought products and trying to communicate with them is impossible. Great product and great customer service.

One day is all it took, and they went above and beyond helping solve the problem. They are sending me a new Chef Preserve vacuum sealer. I highly recommend this product, and this company.
