I worked with Dan at Cheddar and it was a wonderful experience! He made it fast, easy, and simple - and was knowledgeable when I had questions. It is a big decision when taking a loan out and he made the process easy and comfortable. Highly recommend A+++

Cheddar cap worked diligently to help us get funded when we needed it the most. A lot of challenging issues and they stuck with us through it all. Have worked with these guys for years. Most trustworthy group in the business.

For me I got nothing but quick solid advice and Delivery. Like most business owners I don't have endless time to spend shopping around and submitting a million documents to obtain working capital. Dan at Hedder made it quick, simple, and easy!

Cheddar Dan had three offers to us within a couple hours after submitting our application. He spent time listening to our needs and finding a solution. He went to bat for us with the underwriters. If we have a further need in the future we will reach out to Cheddar Capital. It was a pleasant experience.

I have used 4 different lenders over the years and none compared to Cheddar. Very upfront and transparent about the process. They were in constant touch during the process. A breath of fresh air working with professionals like them
