ALERT THIEF THIEF STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY CHECKR. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. CHARGING 95$ EXTRA DOLLARS AS SO CALLED STATES FEES THAT WERE NOT MENTIONED I. THEIR LISTING FEES. ALSO THE STATES CHARGES 23$ FOR CRIMINAL RECORD FEES NOT 95$. SHAME ON YOU!

Just like the other reviews that you have read- I have tried calling 3x on hold for more than an hour each time waiting for someone to pick up and they never do. Been waiting for 7 business days and its still pending. Will be making a formal report with the BBB and the attorney general as I believe that this company is not truly doing their due diligence. Shocking to me how such a global company like Uber and Lyft use this company for background checks. MY 12 yr old could do a better job.

My background check for doordash has been pending for over a year. What the fck.

Im a candidate that an organization is running a background check on me using Checkr, Inc. After Checkr received my correct information and copy of Driver’s License, my background check is suspended due to Checkr not able to retrieve my MVR electronically. I was instructed by Zsaniece to go to my local District Office and obtain a copy of my Official Hawaii Driver’s History Record and forward that to the organization running a background check on me. The organization does not accept any information pertaining to my background check directly from me as they need it to be processed by Checkr. Checkr refuses to accept the document they requested I get myself and can no longer assist me with my issue. I’ve tried calling their so called customer support number and have been on hold for 2 hrs and 23 mins with no answer but their recording. Prior to this long wait, I tried calling and used their call back service which has been over 24 hrs with no call back. Update: I received a call back from Checkr and received the best help they could possibly provide. Come to find out, Uber has been pushing my issue to the side and I constantly get the runaround from them. When I initially reported issue to Uber, I was told it was not their responsibility. Constant back and forth, then was told my issue was escalated however closed the very next day for unknown reasons. Addressed the MVR issue again to uber, was told thats not the issue, the issue is with my insurance card. Come to find out, that was not the issue and the issue is with my MVR and its finally being escalated after a 7 days of back and forth with Uber saying its not their responsibility to deal with my MVR. Hopefully this issue will be addressed soon.

Inaccurate information on my background report. After disputing and providing proof that the information being reported was inaccurate, it still has not been fixed. Sat on the phone for over an hour trying to get the issue fixed and still nothing.
