I want to take a moment and thank Mrs Ali. For following up with me and check the airline and transportation and always be there when I had a question. Thank you so much. Cheap Umrah was more than I expected. Thank you so much Ali

It’s my third time using Cheap Umrah Deals. The services they provide are the top notch. They follow up with their customers from the start of your journey all the way to the end. I recommend to everyone who is looking to perform Umrah.

Very bad experience with Cheap Umrah they’re scam ❌I booked Umrah for the last 10 days of Ramadan, but I was never able to travel. My ticket with Qatar Airways was booked, canceled, rebooked, and then canceled again because of the war situation in the Middle East. Despite not traveling at all, they refused to refund my $1,610. Their customer service was unhelpful, disrespectful they will tell millions of lies and excuses to and did not resolve the issue. I strongly 🚫advise others to be very careful before booking with them.

I really appreciate Cheap Umrah for making a good trip for my parents in law. Only thing I wanted to tell them that Makah hotel was very very far and shuttle service was not 24/7 it has a set schedule. But other than that they supported every time they asked for the driver and all. The driver was on the airport on time!

Don't bother making a complaint because they will just ignore you. All they care about is taking your money. They put me and my family in a poor hotel overcharged me and did nothing when i complained.

Ali was very responsive to my inquiries at various stages of planning and travel and helped customize my trip to our family's needs. The transport arrangement from and to the airport was smooth and stress free and their staff very courteous and professional. Thanks!

Ahtisham Ali gave us amazing accommodations, the hotel was lovely and as a first time traveler, ALONE, and a woman, I felt very cared for and had all the safety and accommodations I needed, flights, ground transportation, hotels. Highly recommend. Couldn’t have done an Umrah alone without Cheap Umrah Deals.
