I recently booked my Umrah package with Cheap Umrah Deals. From the beginning, Mr. Taseeb was very professional, patient and responsive. The process was well organized and stress free. The hôtels in both Makkah and Madinah were clean, comfortable and a short distance from the Haram. The Guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, the spiritual guidance and organization exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Cheap Umrah Deals.

Last year in November, we had a trip to Turkey and KSA through Cheap Umrah Deals. The experience was very pleasant. Brother Dawood helped us starting from our travel booking, stay options and saving tips. Everything went as planned. The services of the company were available from start to finish. They have very good support in Saudi and UK, and you can reach them anytime you need. This year we have again got their services for Umrah and In Sha Allah will be going at the end of this month to Madinah. They are dependable and professional. Thank you Cheap Umrah Deals team. Hope this time we will again have a good experience.

I had a wonderful experience booking my Umrah through Cheap Umrah Deals. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. A special shout-out to Ali Ahtesham for his exceptional service. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions and provide guidance. His expertise and attention to detail made the journey much easier and allowed us to focus on the spiritual aspects of Umrah with peace of mind. I would highly recommend Cheap Umrah Deals to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy travel agency for their Umrah pilgrimage.

This travel agency is the worst agency. First I had a good experience with them last year but they went completely opposite this year when I booked a Umrah pacakge for 10 people for my brother's family. They booked the tickets from some shady website which did not allow the entire family to be able to get on flight and they were so unresponsive to support us, when we finally got a hold of the agent (Mr. Farhan Scammer), he told us that we have to buy our own tickets to get to Jeddah because they cannot do anything to help us unless we pay them twice the amount of we originally paid them for the flight tickets. They also told us that we should book flight on our own and they will issue us a refund once they receive the refund from the airline, and they also assured if they did not receive any refund from the airlines, then they will issue us a 50% refund on their own. So we decided to book the tickets to perform the Umrah on our own by paying more than double because of the tickets prices went up and we needed them on an urgent basis, as Mr. Farhan also told us that if we won't make it to perform Umrah all the other money we paid for our hotels and commute services will also get wasted as they will not issue a refund to us for that as well. After we received a verbal and written confirmation from them that they will issue us a refund for the original flight ticket they booked for us which my family wasn't able to use, they have been completely vanished and whenever we try to contact with them they told us that Mr. Farhan cannot be in contact with us and neither they can support us for the refund. Recently we got a hold of another travel agent from them and he's amking excuses that they have sufferred losses in their business due to the Iran War and due to that they are not supporting any refunds which is such a lame excuse. If you are running a business and you made a commitment to take care of the customer you should take care of it rather than making excuses of loss in business revenue. Travel agencies like this are such a shame on Muslim community where they grab customers on the name of providing services for Hajj and Umrah but all they do is running a scam deals where they take all the money up front and then leave the customers in misery. Well Allah is Watching everything and these scammers will pay for what they do eventually InshAllah.

Our experience with company was really good, especially Farhan. His support during Umrah was excellent. Everything went smooth, airport pick n drop, transport from Madinah to Makkah and hotels too. Recommended for good deals. Thankyou.....

I am very happy With Dawood my travel agent with all his help and support with my travel needs. Thank you Dawood for everything you’ve done for me.

I recently traveled for Umrah with cheap Umrah, and I would like to specifically recognize Ali for their outstanding support throughout the journey.
