Justine was extremely helpful. She solved my problem of having increased the font size on the course plan to being able to make the font size smaller for the rest of the computer. She had a lovely manner and understood how to help me.

Worst experience ever..You get locked out of your account, you get your money confiscated, you will have no support whatsoever with worse learning experience. They deserve negetive star but no option to be selected for a negative star, you don't deserve one star.
