Hello, I wanted to provide some feedback on the new Jade Learning platform. I have to say, I miss the old platform. I found it much easier to navigate, and I’m not a huge fan of the new system. That being said, when I had questions, Rachel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the new platform and made sure I understood how to use it so I could successfully complete the CE hours I needed. Even though I’m not a fan of the new platform, having someone like Rachel available to provide support made the transition much easier. Thanks, Rachel, for all your help!

On May 22nd around 10 am central time zone i was on the phone with a lady about an issue i was having. We stayed on the phone for over an hour and when i started telling her which employees still needed test, she hung up!! So i waited after my meeting was over and called back and talked with a man name Jonathan, He was very helpful and took care of the problem asap. You need to hire more people like Jonathan!
