The security questions are RIDICULOUSLY hard. They asked me when I bought my car in a short range of all 9 years ago. AND only gave me 90 SECDONDS to answer! I got another similar one wrong after this, and they locked my account, saying I now have to repay and restart the entire course. I asked for a refund but it's apparently against their policy. I looked this up and its a very common thing they do and somehow get away with!

We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience with your course. Some of our programs are regulated and include strict security and assessment requirements, which can result in lockouts if certain validations aren’t met. While we can’t override those restrictions, we’d be glad to review your accounts to confirm what happened and see if there’s any way we can help. Please check your private messages so we can assist further

Thanks for letting us know that our support team was able to help you out!
I took the online NY defensive driving course and was 3/4 of the way through the course when the webpage glitched and froze. The site then stated that the security verification exceeded the amount of time and I had to reregister. This was a scam to make me pay again to finish completing the course. I would rather pay another site than to complete the course with these crooks. There is a "live chat" and support email for which I received no correspondence. Update: after posting this review, someone from the tech customer service dept reached out and corrected the mistake. I'm sorry it had to take drastic measures for someone to finally respond, however it was rectified and because of that I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
