Buena experiencia de servicio pero me hubiera gustado que tenga acceso sin perder el tiempo de avance en el curso por el bloqueo de varios intentos de seguridad

I needed a reprint of my certificate because it was lost in the mail. Jestine promptly replied to my email within the hour and issued a reprint of the certificate. I got the new certificate in less than a week.
