Worst experience ever. This Company is a total scam. They make the experience so user-unfriendly and so uncomfortable with an annoying security checkpoint every couple of minutes-- that you will end up so frustrated that you will likely just quit the course. If you make any mistake, they will make you start over. Absolutely do not recommend. Stay sway from this company at all cost.

I was almost done with my course and I couldn't get back in . Star who was helping me we tried for 45 min and nothing worked. I said I need to finish today they said they couldn't help me and that I needed to start all over again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!

Hi Jennifer, that's an awful place to get stuck, especially that close to finishing. Star sticking with you for 45 minutes says a lot about the effort that went into trying to fix it live. If a technical lockout truly can't be resolved in the moment, your progress up to that point should still be saved on the account rather than lost, which is worth confirming rather than assuming a full restart is the only option.
