They lady was really nice and kind to give me my certificate, cause it never popped up and I had my driving test tomorrow and she noticed that it was really important and sent me my certificate to print her name was Andrea I’m pretty sure

The agent who helped me was very polite and professional. She was able to answer all of my questions and helped me navigate my way through the process of registering. Her name is Nor.

Wrong course right solution! My daughter overlooked the age requirement before registering for the 5-hr course. I emailed the help desk and was able to get everything resolved. Communication was great and the team was very responsive and helpful in finding a solution.

Disgusting scam company. Unfriendly user interface with insane lesson times, and it'll time you out every 10 minutes to make you crawl at a snail's pace, then gives you inane nonspecific security questions that if you fail you must retake the entire course. Disgusting slime company. Awful. Stay away at all costs.

Hi David, we understand the security checkpoints can feel like a lot. They're there because most of our courses report completions directly to a state agency, which requires us to verify it's really you working through the material; after three missed security answers, there's a 30-minute lockout that we're not able to override, even on our end. We hear that the pacing on top of that felt excessive, and we'll pass that along. – Certus
This is the WORST course you could probably take it is so un-user friendly it will make you rethink all of you decisions leading up to the course it will have little quiz’s at the end of each unit after annoyingly long periods of time of not reading each part And when you get a single question wrong it makes you redo it and wait the same amount of time this is the worst course to take and I don’t think anyone should have to suffer through it and I 100% would not recommend
