Shipping took 1.5 months after doubling the cost of shipping. Communication was inaccurate and poor. We were promised shipping info nearly two weeks after ordering, then another two weeks went by before they finally shipped, which would mean the product would take another two weeks. They refused to acknowledge their lack of logistics understanding

I purchased a hay moisture probe they sent the wrong one I reached out to rectify the issue after 2 weeks of email tag and refused to refund I contacted the manufacturer they helped to resolve the problem this place sucks I will never do business with them again

Ordered a 12 pack of arborist throw line. One unit came in. Sent an email to the company and they requested a picture. We sent a picture of the item and the packing slip. Now no response.
