When your agent needed me to complete the booking and pay, he was calling me every 20-30 minutes, despite me telling him that I was in a store, driving etc. But after I paid the invoice, he disappeared for 4 hours. He responded only after I said I was going to call my credit card and dispute the transaction because it appeared to be fraudulent. He added a $25 gratuity for himself, despite me telling him that he doesn’t deserve any gratuity.

Jim our agent was very helpful and attentive. My objection is the promotion for reduced price business class tickets. All of the flights offered to us were the exact same thing I had already found on Kayak. No savings benefit at all for utilizing your company.

The price I was quoted and agreed to was changed to a higher price. I was lead to believe I was going to get a discount price and was told the discount did not apply to my flight dates. Your system should have know that before I was told I would get up to a 60% discount. I also thought the approval process of my final payment was to invasive. It made me think it was a scam.

Alex was great but was unable to get the listed price. With basic insurance, when we finally got the booking it was $1000 more

It took too long to receive tickets. At one point I felt it was fraud. Agent Rufus Kent was excellent

I booked (with Travis) two round-trip Business Class tickets to the Philippines for a one-year stay. He explained that the return flight could only be booked six months out from the outbound flight and promised that CEOFLIGHTS would "rebook" that flight when we were 6-7 months out - with only a $300/ticket change fee. We reached that point and when I contacted Travis, he responded that the rebooking was no longer an option (due to changes "by Philippine Airlines"). Our return flight was worthless (unless we used it as originally booked and returned home halfway through our one-year stay.) We had to pay an additional $3,100 for our return flight. (EVA Air Business class - Manila to Phoenix.) Austin (Manager at CEO) reached-out and was very helpful in getting us to that point, so I give him credit for that. Granted our original reservation was out of the ordinary (with the one year stay), but I feel like a company should stand 100% behind their "product" and promised service. I don't have a complete grasp of the industry, but still.....

Our experience with Austin seems inconsistent. Covid intervened, but I never feel completely confident that he has my back covered.
