Regarding the SNN to LHR flight, Aer Lingus does not offer business class on that route. The Premium Economy cabin was the highest class available, and this was reflected in your booking form. We acknowledge that the seat assignment fees for your British Airways flights should have been communicated more clearly by our agent.
