Just moved into our new home and needed to get the WiFi set up, Mackenzie was very thorough and made sure we were all set up and good to go!

Michael was wonderful! He was informative, polite and patience with me setting up my account. I'm excited for the new internet experience with centric fiber as I work from home.

Makenzie's welcoming voice and positive attitude made it a pleasant experience. She was very detailed oriented, and went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with my order. She also gave me an opportunity to ask her questions.

I have genuinely had a great experience with Centric Fiber. They are easy to get in touch with and are always very friendly on the phone and in person. Today Makenzie Weaver was super helpful on the phone assisting me in updating my payment information and she took her time making sure my issue was resolved before ending the call. I appreciate a company that makes sure everything is taken care at that time so I don’t have to spend more time calling back. Another person at Centric I want to mention is Robert. Unfortunately I cannot remember his last name. He is the gentleman who does the tech calls in The Grand Prairie out in Hockley, Tx. It is rare nowadays to have a customer service rep who seems to actually care. Robert is always fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with centric customer care as a whole. If all companies were like this my blood pressure would be much lower.

She was very helpful on setting my WiFi remotely. Very friendly customer service. Would highly recommend her customer service to anyone.
