Was fine until their stupid, Non english speaking computer called and everything I said fluently , it did not understand and now I am so mad , I could flipping croak. Do business with anyone but these crazy people

Do not allow them to fill your controlled substance scripts. They are always days late getting your 30 day supply to you.

Avoid these clowns by all means. They dropped my prescription without a reason why. Contacted them after a 30 min wait time awaiting a pharmacist I got an assistant that couldn’t give me an answer why . After another 20 min Finally got pharmacist and I got no answer why they cancel my med. Contacted Dr and nurse of problem they went through same await times. They got no answer why . They will cancel your prescription and leave you in the ditch. In my case it took several days to get switched back to local pharmacy what a total waste of time. I’m sure there are great people working there and I hope in future they weed out the CLOWNS!! Have caught them in several lies so beware you have been warned !!

When I joined Centerwell Pharmacy, I was given the option to auto refill my Rx. My particular Rx for Crestor (Rosuvastatin) was repeatedly cancelled. AND WITH ZERO EXPLANTION. Soon I realized they were not refilling it at all! After spending 30 minutes on an online chat to get my High Cholesterol meds refilled, I was assured it would finally be refilled. I would think I had driven my point home with such a lengthy conversation. AND OH SURPRISE IT WAS NEVER REFILLED as was a promised on the chat! I have been without this for 8 months. I just don't have the energy to fight this pharmacy again for my prescription.

By exersizing good business practices. Always late in mailing our order through Humana. OTC

They reject normal mailed prescriptions making them beyond useless. They will send you an automated call message saying they can't reach your doctor which is bogus, avoid these clowns.

I am very disappointed with my experience using CenterWell Mail Order Pharmacy. I paid a copay for a prescription that was never filled, yet no one from the pharmacy communicated this to me. I only realized something was wrong when my medication didn’t arrive. When I called, I was told that my prescription had not been updated since I changed providers over a year ago. Once I corrected this and had my doctor send in the new prescription, CenterWell still refused to fill it because two prescriptions were sent over and they claimed they didn’t know what to do. Instead of contacting me for clarification, they did nothing, and I was left without critical medication. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially for something as important as healthcare. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I would not recommend relying on them for timely or dependable prescription service.

I didn’t receive my mail order prescription even though I received an email saying it had been delivered. So, I followed the instructions in the email notification and phoned CenterWell. After 28 minutes of being transferred several times, and being on hold numerous times, I was told there was nothing CenterWell could do about a lost shipment and I would have to wait 10 days before a replacement would be shipped out, then wait another 5 days or so of delivery time. I then asked for a replacement plastic wallet insurance card, and I was told I would have to hang up and call back to Benefits because it was a different department.
