Everyone were kind. Short wait time. Seem to work as a team.

Avoid this organization. REFUSED to provide images from ultrasound. It's a bare bones operation @ Tysons. The room was freezing, the "tech" left huge globs of goo the size of golf balls in big clumps all over my legs. Made zero effort to wipe it off & gave me a few paper towels that felt like sand pape. Refused to provide a visit summary with diagnosis or a copy of the disc of the ultrasound. Dr said his "plan" for treatment was to treat one vein at a time. Almost 3 month & they are still refusing. Medicare is investigating. BIG Runaround. Records dept gave # in the Philippines who then emails a location in Georgia to send records to office, not patient. Nightmare.

All the staff and physicians were very helpful, kind and proficient in their expertise. The need for these services is totally new to me and I had no idea about the issues involved, treatments available, most responsible remedies. Everyone was very careful to explain everything to me after the initial assessment was complete. I wish I new more about the problem before I had the appointment, as I think I should have been better prepared to ask important questions. As it turns out, my swelling legs have presented several problems for 2 recent foot surgeries I have had and are prolonging the healing process.

Efficient quick easy professional staff! Dr knew what other physicians did not. Followed up with me & gave me the DME that I needed.

Dr Ferando Illescas and staff were super in their service and attention to my questions and concerns. I have given my recommendation to at least 3 people since I had my procedures were done.
