Th e doctor explained the problem and how vein surgery would help . He performed the procedure and it appears to be working. Swelling on feet and legs have been reduced.

Everything is good

Staff were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful; I was given warm blankets when I was cold; staff explained matters clearly; Nurse Phyliss even made me a much-welcomed hot cup of tea after my procedure.

the staff is top notch, and the Dr. is very open and friendly and loves to laugh and very professional. explains every step of the way.

On my first visit I was greeted like an old friend. The office staff and the nursing staff was patient and made me feel comfortable then the Dr and the nursing staff spoke with me and explained what I needed to assist me and they checked with my insurance to find out that what I needed was covered by my insurance,

I was seen at the time of my appoitment (no waiting0 , the staff was very useful for my difficulty of movement and hearing, the procedure was painless and the reaction to my request about the follow up was good. I would rate my experience on a scale of 1to10 as be a 9. Would only rate a 10 if I did not have to return for the follow up which they were willing to oblige but it was not to be.

So relaxing in their office and super kind, nice nurses, doctor and receptionists. Explains everything in detail. Listens to everything said.

Everyone is professional. Procedures are clearly explained.
