Can't complain. Knowing I have no blood clotts on my legs was golden

What if there is a problem? Dr. Akins was GREAT, the staff was GREAT. I had some questions before the procedure and after 3 calls, each time telling them I had concerns before the procedure, and nothing....when they called the day before my procedure to remind me i said i am not coming if I can't even get a phone call to address concerns. Amazingly I then get a return call saying none of my previous messages were relayed. What if after the procedure I had a problem, if I can't get in touch with the office to asked simple questions...how can i trust you to be there if i run into trouble. I will have to find someone who cares more about their patients and patient care. There is a breakdown in communication UPDATE: after the review they ask me to contact someone with the center....I did...with a long email and guess what NO RESPONSE!!! Just as i suspected

My experience with Dr. Shah was excellent. I found him to be very patient, which is highly important to me. I felt comfortable asking him follow up questions about my procedures. He always answered my questions thoroughly without making me feel like I was asking too many questions. He is also very gentle during the procedures, he lets you know what to expect at each point of the procedure. That is very important to me, especially when he is injecting my veins with large needles...and cutting out varicose veins. Everything he told me about the procedures and recovery was very accurate. He is the only one I will go to for additional vein procedures.

I really like Dr Featherston and his staff. Everyone is so nice and they know what they're doing. I feel comfortable whenever I visit. I just wished I had known about Dr Featherston years ago so I would have felt better sooner.

The staff is friendly, efficient, and accurate. I am busy and these qualities help me navigate my appointments. I love that there are early morning appointments! This works nicely given my busy schedule. Dr. Stewart is awesome! He put me at ease immediately and even gave me his cell number so I could text if needed.

My foot doctor referred me to the Vein Center and both the nurse and doctor was not sure why I was referred, as I am having foot pain and swelling in ankle. I was then billed for $200.
