Staff is very nice and the doctors was gave me all the information I needed

The first explanation of benefits indicated charging my supplement insurance verses the procedures being charged to my Medicare account. I had to make follow-up phone call to the billing office in Baltimore for more information. I was told it was my primary choice. I said that decision was made at the first appointment either at the office or the billing office. I did not indicate that choice because as a Medicare user that would be the first to be charged. The billing issue was the most frustrating verses the procedure services that I received.
