You guys are amazing, all order's despite of covid come on time and so far only two dvds have not been good as far as playing all the way through but during travel i'm aware that things happen..

The service at CD Universe is exceptionally good. I have ordered quite a few DVDs and some of them (very few) have been defective. When I let CD Universe know this, they didn't hesitate to send replacements

I have been using CD Universe for years and can`t remember them ever getting an order wrong or not shipping exactly what I`ve ordered. I`ve looked at other "onlines" but have always come back to these guys. Great company!

Gonna give 5 stars it’s my 1st order ordered game of thrones 4K complete box set with 20% discount back in July worked out £133.33 I knew an extra 20% was due via customs of £26 but unfortunately UPS charged me £37 and £11.50 ups brokerage fees so not the best saving in the end vs uk price £200 unfortunately CD universe put the value as full $205.99 not the discounted price I paid so had to pay more customs I will try and chase that back via HMRC. in saying this I can’t fault CD universe as they shipped really fast and my god delivery in 2 days I didn’t expect which is why it’s 5* would recommend them if you save a little cash. my regards Daniel
