great Customer service

Radio was slightly delayed from original promised shipping date but still fairly fast delivery. Great prices and customer service.

The only problem I had was they shipped me the wrong antenna but they promptly ship another one out I'm waiting for it now I bought a CB from them and have had no trouble with it seems like they are a very reputable company

Easy purchase good quality radio. Ordered the peak and tune one didn't get any paper work showing it was tuned. But reaches out like it is.

I enjoy the CB radio very much other than I have a problem of the proper way to adjust the power out put. Other than that I am enjoying it very much.

Radio came quick and as advertised. Only thing is I wish I would have had the dead key set to what I wanted it. I wish I knew what has been done in the peak and tune. The customer contact was good. I would deal with them again. I understand that if I change dead key that the warranty is void, and I would rather not send back for a simple adjustment like that.
