Product arrived in timely manner, in good condition, and was exactly what I was expecting.

I purchased a product from them and it was not the right one for what I needed. This was not the fault of CB Plus but mine for ordering the wrong part. So I contacted Dan about it and he just swapped the part I needed with the one I had. I only paid the shipping costs. Great customer service and will use this company for any future CB parts.
