Product arrived on time and works well. I did not receive either a confirmation email or a tracking notice until the evening of 2 days after purchase. My card was charged twice for the single purchase and customer service was completely unresponsive. Quality of product is high, quality of practice is not. I am hesitant to recommend.

You have a good product, but how you conduct your business needs a lot of work. If there is a problem with getting your product and you have to refund money you loose control and your customers suffer from that experience.

My order was late and then appears lost. I sent an email to cannabinol with not response. Finally my order shows back up on the radar and arrives many days late. Happy at this point that it arrived at all. As for the oil...I don’t like it. No kick and coats my mouth up with tasteless oil. I won’t buy again.

When checking out you had selected the 4-6 day shipping period on November 27th which was Black Friday (then there was the weekend and Cyber Monday.) Without taking weekends into consideration the date your product arrived was on the 6th day. Given Black Friday and Cyber Monday we are happy to hear that your product arrived in such good time and within the shipping period you had selected. We are sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with the amount of time it came in. We always tell our clients to expect shipping to be later around the Holiday's due to the overwhelming amount of mail the postal services have. Which email did you use? We have checked the email you have attached to your order and we have 0 emails from you. Everyone's taste buds are different and there are other sugary products that you could try! As far as it not giving you any "kick". This is not the goal with CBD. It is not meant to immediately kick in the moment you take it. Or to give a feeling of "being high." CBD is a natural product that's goal is to help regulate your body and bring it to a place of homeostasis. With proper usage and giving it 3-5 days the body will begin to recognize and regulate what you are consuming and may use it towards the areas your body is in need of it. This wasn't as effective as I had hoped. It gives a nice warm sensation but the pain is still there. Would probably not purchase again

I have been using Cannabidiol Gummies for a couple years now. They help take the edge off and allow me to relax; they're pretty tasty, too. I appreciate that their formula contains natural ingredients such as beet sugar and passion flower extract, but I can't justifiably give more than 3 stars because, the ingredients also include artificial chemical dyes (four of them!) that, for decades, have been linked to various serious health problems. The fact that Cannabidiol Life continues to use these toxic substances - which don't enhance their product in any manner - instead of substituting natural safe alternative colors derived from nature, as many other CBD Gummies contain, will keep this product from becoming the best it can be.

Hi Diane, Your order was placed on Sunday June 21 2020 and shipped our next business day, Monday June 22 2020 with the first class 3-5 business day shipping option you chose. There is a letter On the USPS website that explains "USPS First-Class Package Service packages with two and three-day delivery commitments have been extended an extra day to three and four days respectively" During the COVID-19 pandemic since they have reduced staff to keep everyone as safe as possible through this time. Delivery time was great, but actually not feeling affects of the pen.

Why would you choose to package gummies in a bottle instead of a jar type container? They're difficult to retrieve from the bottle.
