My experience with them and their products has been very good. I love their selection, they even include CBD for dogs. They have great brands like Koi, and many selections. Their prices are very good and the products arrive timely, and looking authentic

I know that if there is ever a problem with the order you folks will fix it, no questions asked. Only once have I had a problem. Late last year some gelatin-type capsules fused together in transit. I called up Swanson and spoke to a very nice young fellow. I told him what the problem was. He didn't ask for proof, photos, or anything else, he just said I'll send you out a replacement immediately, which is exactly what he did.

Products and variety are great and prices reasonable. Happy to be able to set up a subscription. Customer service has been prompt, pleasant and responsive when I had address glitches on my end with at least one of my orders.
